BBG #12

HEY, GUYS AND GALS, are you looking for gold, chrysocolla, azurite, malachite, chalcopyrite, turquoise, scheelite or other valuable minerals and gems? If so please check this out...

The BBG #12 is a 20 acre unpatented lode gold-copper mining claim near the well-known BLOODY BASIN area.

The claim is conveniently located about 13 miles east of HWY 17 and approximately 60 miles north of PHOENIX, ARIZONA. Bloody Basin is known for its sheepmen-cattlemen war and Apache uprisings several miles to the east of the claim.

This claim is located in the NW 1/4 of section 33, T10N., R4E., Gila & Salt River Base & Meridian, Yavapai County, Arizona. AMC # 425980. Highly mineralized quartz outcrops, veins, shear zones and tailings dumps to test, sample and mine. Lots of washes and gulches to test for placer gold and other minerals. The claim has good high centered two wheel drive access and a lot of room for an RV north of the claim.

Spring fed Copper Creek is about 160 feet south of the south end line of the claim. Even during the last 70 day dry spell I found crystal clear pools up to two feet in depth where the bedrock was scoured out. You can get to the creek via a 2 wheel drive high centered rig. Just park, unload your gear and you'll be prospecting or mining in less than an hour. There are numerous jagged bedrock and quartz exposures and crevices on the claim so good luck exploring these.

We will supply the winning bidder a topographic map of the area, which is very detailed, and will show the claim boundaries outlined and access. Dozens of small prospects, shafts and tunnels on nearby mineralized zones, make this area great for rockhounding, metal detecting, drywashing etc. Gentle rolling hills, large and small washes with good bedrock exposures and lots of black sands.

All claim corners are in place, with the name of the claim and identifying corners (as required by the State of Arizona) on each 2x2x4 wooden corner post. All of our corners are tied in to USGS Brass Caps (see photo of brass cap). We will provide you with GPS coordinates to help guide you to the claim location. Should you need assistance in locating your claim corners and property boundaries we will guide you onto the claim, show boundaries and points of interest for a $150 fee and 2 weeks advanced notice, due prior to the "meet" date.

Elevations on the claim average about 4200 feet (approximately 10 to 15 degrees cooler then Phoenix in the summer). Desert washes traverse the claim from north to south and act as a catch basin for highly gold mineralized ground on the claim and surrounding the claim. THE PHOTOS SHOWS THE ACTUAL CLAIM OR OVERVIEWS. SOME OF THE PHOTOS ARE GOOD EXAMPLES OF THE PROSPECT PITS, HIGH DESERT WASHES, MINERALIZATION, BEDROCK, COPPER CREEK, SHEAR ZONES, TAILINGS DUMPS & VEINS.

This claim is in a very highly mineralized area along a mineralized trend that strikes in a northerly direction with numerous veins and past producing mines along trend.

This area is great for rock hounds, metal detecting, and high banking, relic hunting and dry-washing. Well-worn Indian, livestock and game trails are abundant, making great hiking trails.

Our asking price is $2995 and we offer our VETS a 10% discount and thank them for their service. Terms are available with a 25% down payment. No interest or hidden fees. We accept personal checks, PayPal, money orders or credit cards. Thank you and feel free to ask questions.

Peacock Gold #2

The "Peacock Gold #2" is a 20 acre unpatented placer gold mining claim on the south slope of the Superstition Mountains and is conveniently located about 9 miles northwest of the friendly full service mining town of Superior and about 45 miles east of PHOENIX, ARIZONA.

This claim is located in the SW 1/4 Section 9, Township 1 South, Range 11 East, Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. The AMC # is 426114.

There are some great camping sites near the claim. 4X4 OR ATV IS HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED FOR ACCESS TO THIS CLAIM. The Superstition Mountains are rumored to be dry, desolate and rugged. The rugged part is true, but there are numerous springs, in fact there are 3 springs within a mile of the claim, the nearest is Quail Spring, approximately 1700 feet down the canyon. Local ranchers also have windmills and stock tanks.

This beautiful mountain range attracts 1000's of visitors in the winter. However, these visitors rarely go off the main road and in this area due to rough road access and it is seldom will you see a two legged human visitor, especially in the summer. But you will see big horn sheep, whitetail and mule deer, quail, javelina, and occasional mountain lion.

There are many natural arches and caves to explore while you search for the legendary Lost Dutchman Mine or one of the many Peralta caches. Elevation of this claim is about 2550 feet.

Desert washes traverse the claim from northwest to southeast and act as a catch basin for highly gold mineralized ground on the claim and surrounding the claim. Visualize millions of years of wind, rain and flash floods attacking and eroding the mineralized outcrops and carrying the heavy minerals and gold into this major drainage system. The basement rock here is Pinal schist which is ragged and acts as a natural trap to collect or trap heavy minerals and GOLD.

There are great, large level campsites nearby. Some of these campsites are large enough to accommodate a dozen or larger RVs, or travel trailers. There are mile after mile of jeep trails to take your jeep, dune buggy, ATV, dirt bike or even horses on. ALL OF PHOTOS SHOW THE ACTUAL CLAIM OR OVERVIEWS. SOME OF THE PHOTOS ARE GOOD EXAMPLES OF THE DESERT WASHES, BLACK SANDS, and HIGH BENCHES & BEDROCK. Gold and other valuable minerals are found in the small and large washes and gravel benches. The washes carry a lot of mineral rich black sands. Great rusty quartz-calcite -gold-copper-lead-zinc & silver bearing specimens can be found in the nearby mine dumps, washes and benches as float. This claim is in a very highly mineralized area. This area is great for rock hounds, treasure hunting, metal detecting, high banking, relic hunting and dry-washing and most of all searching for the Lost Dutchman Mine. Well-worn Indian and game trails are abundant, making great hiking trails.

IMPORTANT FACTS TO CONSIDER

No two mining claims are created equal. Just like people, there just ain't two exactly alike and that is the main reason they are not priced alike.

They may look exactly alike, same topography, geology, drainages, even situated side by side but...

  • One claim may have a million dollar paystreak while the other has a hundred dollars give or take.
  • One claim may have been worked by the old timers while the other remains a virgin.
  • There ain't no one in their right mind gonna' sell you a mining claim paved with GOLD nuggets. You are gonna' have to prospect, test and mine that dang claim and having a little Lady Luck doesn't hurt either.

A bigger claim doesn't always mean a better claim or a better chance of discovering the MOTHER-LODE because...

  • I would rather have a 20 or 40 acre claim in a known GOLD mining district or along a mineralized GOLD trend rather than...
  • A 80 or 160 acre claim next to a farmer's alfalfa field or next to a Safeway parking lot. (Not to mention the costs in BLM maintenance fees of $140 per 20 acres of a claim, but then again you could file a small miners waiver, if you qualify, for $10, but I'd still wanna be in a known gold district)

This claim is for that special breed of man or woman who wants to enjoy the beauty and solitude of this beautiful area. You won't see cars or people going by. You will have to pack into part of the claim or have a ATV, mule or horse to pack your equipment and supplies in. Be prepared to camp on the claim or have your hotel room on wheels down the main canyon a little ways as you are not going to get a 40 ft RV to the claim and if by chance you do, you will probably never get it out. But if you are serious about a placer claim that has not been worked to death, this is it.

The price on this beauty is $2995. We offer all VETS a 10% discount and will accept terms with 25% down. We accept personal checks, credit cards over the phone, money orders and PayPal. There are no hidden fees, credit checks or interest. If you have any questions please ask.

Carmen's Gold

#4

This great 20 acre placer claim is located about 300 feet north of the old Carmelita Well (see photos of water tank and windmill), a well known location that goes back to the days when Mrs Carmelita Cambell, the only known woman miner in the area at that time worked a mine to the north. Mrs Cambell took in a partner and together worked a mine they named the Carmelita between 1878 - 1883. The gold production is unknown but the mine workings consist of several short tunnels and a shaft. The mine is located about 4.25 miles due north of the well and this claim.

Carmen's Gold #4 is situated in the E1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 4 North., Range 11 W., GSRB & M. The claim is located in La Paz County about two miles due west of the La Paz-Maricopa County line and the AMC # is 424432.

The claim has good high centered two wheel drive access and can be reached via the Salome Road or the Eagle Eye Road (both paved) and is north of interstate 10 and south of Hwy 60. You might be able to access the claim with a small RV but the dirt roads should be checked first as flash floods can make it impossible to cross the desert washes without high centering your rig.

Our asking price for this great claim is $1795 with terms available. Please note that we offer ALL VETS a 10% discount and thank you for your service.

Gold Gem #3

Hey guys and gals...looking for something other than gold? How about some beautiful fire agate?

What's neat about this claim is you don't need to buy expensive mining equipment, haul water or any of the other obstacles one faces in conventional recreational mining. No drywashers, high bankers, metal detectors, sluices, gold wheels or gold pans. No long dusty hours of pick and shovel work. Looking for agate is just like a Sunday walk in the park. The agate has eroded from its source somewhere up the mountain slopes and just lying there, waiting for you to pick up a piece and admire its beauty.

Simply drive out to your claim in a high centered two wheel drive vehicle, park and go for a walk, looking at the ground that is littered with agates and fragments. In an hour or two you should have picked up several pounds or more of rough stones. Take them home and wash off the dirt looking for stones that appear to have color deep within. Pick out a few of the best looking stones and have them cut. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Now I won't guarantee you will find a $1000 stone the first time out. But if you like to find pretty rocks that may bring you a nice profit and don't mind a bit of walking this might be for you. But I will guarantee you will find agate and a lot of it.

The Gold Gem #3 is a 20 acre unpatented placer mining claim on the northern slopes of a mountain and is conveniently located about 5 miles from the small community of Tonopah. The claim is approximately 60 miles west of PHOENIX, ARIZONA.

This claim is located in the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of section 1, T1N., R8W., Gila & Salt River Base & Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. AMC # 427312.

Lots of washes, gulches and cemented high benches to prospect, test and mine if later you decide to go that route. The claim has good high centered two wheel drive access and a lot of room for an RV north of the claim. This beautiful claim is just south of I-10.

We will supply the winning bidder a topographic map of the area, which is very detailed, and will show the claim boundaries outlined and access. All claim corners are in place, with the name of the claim and identifying corners (as required by the State of Arizona) on each 2x2x4 wooden corner post. All of our corners are tied in to USGS Brass Caps. We will provide you with GPS coordinates to help guide you to the claim location.

Should you need assistance in locating your claim corners and property boundaries we will guide you onto the claim, show boundaries and points of interest for a $150 fee and 2 weeks advanced notice, due prior to the "meet" date. Elevations on the claim average about 1100-1200 feet. Desert washes traverse the claim from south to north and act as a catch basin for agates and in some areas gold. Visualize millions of years of wind, rain and flash floods attacking and eroding the mineralized outcrops and zones and carrying the gem minerals and possibly gold into this major drainage system.

Great large level campsites nearby. Some of these campsites are large enough to accommodate a dozen larger RVs, or travel trailers. There are mile after mile of jeep trails to take your jeep, dune buggy, ATV, dirt bike or even horses on. THE PHOTOS SHOWS THE ACTUAL CLAIM OR OVERVIEWS. SOME OF THE PHOTOS ARE GOOD EXAMPLES OF THE DESERT WASHES, HIGH BENCHES & BEDROCK AND OF COURSE A ROUGH UNCUT AGATE. Gold and other valuable minerals may be found in the small and large washes and gravel benches. We did not do any testing for gold, silver or copper.

Our asking price is $1995 and we offer our VETS a 10% discount and thank them for their service. Terms are available with a 25% down payment. No interest or hidden fees. We accept personal checks, PayPal, money orders or credit cards. Thank you and feel free to ask questions.

Fine gold and flakes can be found as flood gold around tree roots and in the soft material above false bedrock. Nuggets can be located with a metal detector in the high cemented bench gravels on the north bank of the main wash. The most plentiful gold that has been found here is from bedrock cracks and crevices, but in some areas of the wash it’s quite deep to bedrock. Some of the small washes that drain into the main drainage often yield more gold then “digging to China” in the main wash.

If you’re looking for a great spot to park your RV or trailer this probably has the best access of any claim in the area.

Our asking price for this beauty is $1495. Interest free terms are available with 30% down. There are no hidden fees or other charges and the 2014 BLM fees are paid up until September 1st. We offer a 10% discount to all Vets and we thank you for your service.

Cleator #2

This beautiful 20 acre lode mining claim is located just north of the old mining camp of Cleator, Arizona in Yavapai County. The claim is situated in at T.11N., R.1E., SE 1/4 of section 22, SRB&M, the AMC# is 412180.

This lode claim is located on the eastern slopes of the Bradshaw Mountains. Please don't try to drive your 40 ft RV to this claim because it isn't going to happen. High centered 2 wd, 4x4, ATV, or walking are your access options.

Many gold rich quartz veins and mineralized shear zones traverse the claim and surrounding area. Nuggets over one ounce have been recovered with metal detectors and high banking while prospecting for rich pockets in the veins. Last year we found a beautiful 247 gram meteorite just northeast of this claim. If there is one there are bound to be many more hiding in the thick grass and brushy slopes.

We are asking $2495 with terms available. Please note that we give all VETS a 10% discount and we thank you for your service. All 2014 fees are paid and there are no hidden charges, interest or credit checks. We accept personal checks, PayPal, money orders and credit cards.

Please note the rock sample in normal lighting shows a green circle of copper stain. The same sample fluoresces a bright red to orange under a short wave ultra violet lamp. This vein can easily be traced on the surface using a short wave lamp.

Millsite #6

The "Millsite #6" is a 20 acre unpatented placer gold mining claim on the south slope of the Superstition Mountains and is conveniently located about 9 miles northwest of the friendly mining town of Superior and about 45 miles east of PHOENIX, ARIZONA.

This claim is located in the NE 1/4 and NW 1/4 Section 9, Township 1 south, Range 11 East, Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. The AMC # is 426105.

There are some great camping sites near the claim. 4X4 OR ATV IS HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED FOR ACCESS TO THIS CLAIM.

The Superstition Mountains are rumored to be dry, desolate and rugged. The rugged part is true, but there are numerous springs and potholes that catch enough water to survive. Local ranchers have windmills and stock tanks.

This beautiful mountain range attracts 1000's of visitors in the winter. However, these visitors rarely go off the main road and in this area due to rough road access it is seldom will you see a two legged visitor. But you will see big horn sheep, whitetail and mule deer, quail, javelina, and occasional mountain lion.

There are many natural arches and caves to explore while you search for the legendary Lost Dutchman Mine.

Elevation on this claim is about 2650 ft.

401K Gold #3

The 401K Gold #3 is a 20 acre unpatented placer gold mining claim on the northern slopes of the Belmont Mountains and is conveniently located about 30 miles from the friendly town of Wickenburg. The claim is approximately 15 miles from Vulture Mine and about 60 miles northwest of PHOENIX, ARIZONA.

This claim is located in the W 1/2 of the SW 1/ of SE 1/4 of Section 19 and the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 30, T4N., R6W., Gila & Salt River Base & Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. AMC # 426233.

Lots of washes and gulches to placer, test and mine. The well-known Tonopah-Belmont mine and the Morning Star are less than 2 miles to the south. The claim has good high centered two wheel drive access and a lot of room for a large RV north of the claim and check the road yourself but we have a high centered toy hauler about a mile south.

This beautiful claim is located south of Wickenburg and south of highway 60 and north of I-10.

Elevations on the claim average about 1700 feet. Desert washes traverse the claim from west to east and act as a catch basin for highly gold mineralized ground on the claim and surrounding the claim. Visualize millions of years of wind, rain and flash floods attacking and eroding the mineralized outcrops and carrying the heavy minerals and gold into this major drainage system.

Great large level campsites nearby. Some of these campsites are large enough to accommodate a dozen or larger RVs, or travel trailers. There are mile after mile of jeep trails to take your jeep, dune buggy, ATV, dirt bike or even horses on.

THE PHOTOS (except #1) SHOWS THE ACTUAL CLAIM OR OVERVIEWS. SOME OF THE PHOTOS ARE GOOD EXAMPLES OF THE DESERT WASHES, BLACK SANDS, HIGH BENCHES & BEDROCK AND VEINS.

This claim is in a very highly mineralized area along a major mineralized trend that cuts across Arizona and ends? In the Whipple Mountains of California northwest of Parker and the Colorado River, this area is great for rock hounds, metal detecting, and high banking, relic hunting and dry-washing. Well-worn Indian and game trails are abundant, making great hiking trails.

Our asking price is $2395 and we offer our VETS a 10% discount and thank them for their service. Terms are available with a 25% down payment. No interest or hidden fees. We accept personal checks, PayPal, money orders or credit cards. Thank you and feel free to ask questions.
